Working with Esther at Safaviah was delightful. Her acute eye for design helped me stay more focused yet open to style that was less traditional. I like my American Leather sofa bed. When I noticed the cushions were not as firm as expected, Esther sent a company to replace the cores. Customer Service at Safaviah in excellent and they stand behind the products they sell.
