Casper - The Westchester

The sales group was wonderful, gracious, and accommodating. I tried two beds for a while, asked some questions and left. I returned a few days later and my sales person was absent, but the one I then engaged with was just as helpful and remembered me. When I made the purchase she made sure to say the the first sales rep would be getting the credit. Additionally, rather than waiting for my standard free delivery, she checked in the back to see that it was in stock and thus, was able to offer me the two day white glove delivery, since the truck was heading into my neighborhood then. How wonderful that was!!! Thanks guys!

I love my new Snow Max Mattress with the adjustable bed frame! I'm sleeping so much better with less pain. I especially love the zero gravity setting. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is troubled by night time back pain.

I’ve been struggling to find the perfect pillow for months. I’ve heard great things about Casper but never experienced their beds or pillows first hand. Maylene was extremely patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure I found the perfect pillow that checked all my boxes. The great thing about this store is you can actually try everything before you buy it. Loved my experience here and highly recommend!

My wife and I were in the shop a few days ago. We are moving and of course, you always need new pillows for a new home. We bought the pillow in a pillow x 2, a king down pillow and a duvet and quite honestly, Steven made it so easy for us. Thank you Steven for your expertise and easy going personality. We appreciate you.

Jude and crew were incredibly helpful. Excited for our new mattress bundle!
