Mattress Firm West Windsor

Elizabeth is amazing! I rarely read reviews but I had read a review before I went in and specifically asked for her, so glad I did and she was able to make time for us. She was so so sweet when my husband and I had to bring our little kids in. She helped them set up camp with their toys and such on the best mattress the store had! She diligently helped us try out different mattresses, make the specific purchases we needed and even more, went above and beyond to help us with financing and delivery options. Her patience and kindness really did help us feel comfortable and not pressured to buy on the spot - which is what I thought might happen on a long weekend sale to be honest. But I was pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend this store and its staff. :)

Customer service was great- helpful, no pressure, gave me a good range of options. Appreciate being able to test each mattress before buying- no surprises. Also happy to know they remove the old mattress and it is responsibly disposed of. Transaction was quick and simple. I would shop here again.

We bought our 3rd Tempurpedic Pro-Adapt, firm. We love the mattress. We loved working with Tony, the sales person. He was professional, competent, efficient and very pleasant. The mattress was delivered 2 days later by 2 strong, courteous and cooperative delivery people. They took away our old mattress & box spring & installed our new platform & mattress. I would have given the entire experience a 10 on all fronts. BUT.. trying to register my expensive mattress was a nightmare. The delivery people left me 9 pieces of paper in my paperwork, including instructions on operating the adjustable frame. But to register the mattress i needed the serial number which we could not find. After a call to the store, a very patient salesperson, Elizabeth, told us the serial number was on a tag attached to the mattress UNDERNEATH the top left section of the mattress. We are old & could not lift the mattress. If we tore the tag off it would invalidate the warrantee. So...if you buy a mattress make sure you take a photo of the serial number BEFORE the mattress is installed and before the strong delivery people leave.

Our salesman, Edison was great to work with. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and not pushy or pressuring. He was able to find a creative solution to keep my purchases near budget. It was my first time buying from “The Mattress Firm.” My experience here was stellar and I’ll likely return.

Edison, my sales person was amazing very courteous, took his time showed me a lot of different mattresses and fit me with the best one and the best deal Just wanted to say he’s an asset to your company. Take care of him thank you.
