I’ve bought mattresses before, but never from a mattress store, and Mattress Firm made the whole experience incredibly easy. They have a great selection, and JT and Elizabeth were both amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. They helped me find the perfect setup for me and my fiancé, especially with my back and neck pain.
I ended up with a Beautyrest Black Three, adjustable base, topper, and pillow—and got great discounts on everything. The adjustable base was a last-minute decision but totally worth it for pain relief and even helping with snoring.
Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience. Ask for JT and Elizabeth—they’ll take great care of you.

We stopped in today just to browse adjustable beds, with no real intention of buying. From the moment we walked in, Junior greeted us and made us feel completely at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking us through five different models until we found exactly what felt right. We were just looking, but Junior’s expertise—and that Purple bed—completely won us over. If you’re stopping by, definitely ask for Junior!"

Stay far away from this Mattress Firm Location!
My wife and I went into our local Mattress Firm store because we were desperate for a new mattress. When we walked in, we were greeted by Melanie, who throughout the time we were there was attentive, knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Until, it was time to pay. Part of it I feel was my fault, I was in a rush because I had to pick up my daughter, but now I think Melanie took advantage of us and the fact that we had to leave real soon, by adding 2 different insurance policies without explaining it to us or even TELLING US! She went ahead and added a 10 year mattress warranty for $99.99+ Tax & a 5 year warranty for our adjustable base for $149.99+ Tax. We did not find this out until we got home and reviewed the receipt. So, I call the store the same day and spoke to Melanie, who didn't offer any apology for acting like a used car salesman, and just said she will remove it and I will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
3 days later, I have not received an email confirmation of the refund, like they said I would, and the pending charge on my bank card went through without the refund being issued. So once again, I called the store and requested to speak the store manager, who just told me the exact same thing his untrustworthy sales rep had already said but now I'm being told by Michael (the store manager) they do not even see that I was charged for this insurance I NEVER AGREED to purchase. I am now being asked to take more time out of my day today, to go and speak to Michael in the store, but with the way I have been treated by this company, I have ZERO hope I will ever see my $99.99+ tax ever again!
