Purchasing a new mattress set at Mattress Firm was a very positive experience. This is our second or third purchase from them. The specialist, Mr. George, provided both product knowledge to compare each type of available mattress, and excellent customer service throughout the process of selection and delivery of the new King Mattress ensemble. A “ shout out” to the Manager, Mr. Cedric for his professionalism and support also. We are very satisfied with our product selection. The delivery crew/s were very customer service oriented. 12 months ago I purchased two queen and one king size Sterns and Foster beds with an adjustable lift. The total cost was over $10,000. The other day we noticed one of the queens base the foot would not lift. I had purchased an additional five year warranty on each bed for the lift at the time of purchase. I am having such a hard time getting anybody to look or fix this problem. I’ve crawled underneath. I am elderly, to take pictures for them and they still want to do a video phone call. The salesman was very good but the customer service after the sale is nonexistent. It’s not worth paying extra for extended warranty because it is not honored and you are treated like crap when you try to process a claim. UPDATE: The company that handles the warranty insisted I remove the large queen mattress and upend the adjustable base for them to see on zoom before they would send anyone to look. As I was doing what they requested I fell along with the base and mattress on top of me. I am now being treated for a possible vertebrae fracture. Please inform those who purchased your extended warranty that this is what they will need to do for service.

Ronnie was a great help taking us through the features of a split king Tempur-Pedic bed. He was very friendly and patient with us. His methodology of helping us evaluate 4 different levels of product made the sale! He also made sure we maximized our earned gift benefits.

We came into the store on 1/30/2026 with the intention of checking our options. Grant was in the store, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the mattresses they carry. After explaining our situation and our needs, Grant advised us to check out a few options, never pressured us one bit, and gave us a ton of helpful information. We came home to investigate other brands and options, and came up with the decision that Mattress Firm was where we needed to do business with. Grant again assisted us with our purchase and set up our delivery. Everything was handled so smoothly we would not hesitate to suggest Mattress Firm and Grant to any of our friends or family.

Erika was an outstanding sales person. She was very helpful and spent all the time necessary to help us make our purchase. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re in search of new bedding.
