Customer service is excellent! She was so helpful and got us a great deal on the Ortho set. Delivery was right on time and they gave me time to vacuum under the bed and helped put the dust ruffle on. I had this set before and it's the most comfortable bed I ever slept on and they last. Do yourself a favor if you need a new bed go to the original mattress factory!

View on GoogleI am very pleased with my mattress and box spring from the original mattress factory, as well as the service I received in-store and during delivery. Chris helped me in the store, and was extremely helpful and professional, as well as friendly and nice to talk with. I settled on the full size classic luxury firm mattress set with box spring, which is the 3rd cheapest option. It is double-sided, and has additional padding on the inside to make it more comfortable than the 2 cheaper options. I also have a thin quilted topper sheet that adds a slight bit more padding, which makes it perfect for me. I have had it for about a month now, and have had the best sleep I have had in a long time. It was $578 for the full size mattress and box spring of this model, and after tax and a $50 drop off delivery charge, the total came to around $668 for everything. Not too bad considering how high quality it is, and compared to the prices of comparable mattresses. The two gentlemen that dropped off my set were very kind and friendly as well, and were quick, efficient, and on-time with the delivery. They were in no rush or hesitation either to thoroughly look over my mattress and box spring with me to make sure there was no damage (which there was none). I highly recommend the original mattress factory if you need a new bed at a fair price, and if you're around Brevard county then the Melbourne store will take good care of you! Thanks again Chris & company, and God bless! P.S. the sheets look like that in the picture because I already had queen size sheets, but it's a full size bed. Without the bed frame it's still a decent level off the ground for a 5' 10" man, but the bed frame could be nice if you're over 6 feet or need a little more height for whatever reason.
