Just had an incredible experience at Mattress Firm! Our salesman Chris was so kind, honest, and helpful. He was never pushy or made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He was incredibly knowledgeable, made sure we knew the in’s & out of the mattresses we were interested in. Anyway, very pleasant place to shop for a new mattress. Thank you Chris, we can’t wait for it to arrive.

I would highly recommend this business. Our salesperson was Elizabeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about store inventory and pricing. She did a wonderful job of pointing out all promotions and financing offers without any pressure toward any product other than exactly what we were looking for. Even got us a bit of a discount for being a returning customer. I can only hope corporate reads these reviews and acknowledges her great work.

Melina and Carmen worked together to help us get an amazing deal on our new Purple mattress and adjustable frame! Melina was friendly, helpful, and professional. Fantastic prices and selection. Our sales associate Carmen Small was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive and took the time to help us find the perfect mattress. Even better the company delivers and sets up the new bed/frame for a small fee which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend shopping here!
