Stephanie was incredibly helpful throughout our shopping experience. She was patient, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to test the mattresses we were interested in without feeling rushed. The store offers a wide selection of mattresses to choose from, making it easy to find the right fit. We ended up purchasing three mattresses and are very happy with our decision. Since we're still furnishing our house, we'll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!

Stephenie, our Mattress Firm representative was the best!!! PERIOD!!! She takes the time to find out what your needs are, she’s willing to educate you on every mattress in her store. She will never pressure you, or try to up sell you, she only gives you the information, and she allows you to make your own decisions. Stephenie only wants whats best for you. Another bonus shopping at Stephen’s store is her team. They’re also all knowledgeable and willing to assist you through finding your needs. We have looked at mattresses at every furniture store from Burbank, Pasadena, Monrovia, to San Bernardino area. # Stellar Service Experience! We visited to compare a recent purchase, but we ended up leaving with a bed for my mom (which I was looking for). From the moment we stepped inside, the positive energy was palpable—none of that “Hi, let me know if you have any questions” routine. We were greeted immediately, and their understanding of the importance of a bed for a good night’s sleep made me feel like we were dealing with true experts rather than just salespeople. I was looking for a new mattress as my old one was decades old. Damon was the only person in the store. He was pleasant, patient, helpful, professional and very customer oriented. I took his suggestion and ordered a house brand mattress which is of nice quality and price is within my budget - and it was on sale. However, after I went home and re-measured my bed, I found that my bed could only fit a 6-7” low profile mattress. Unfortunately nowadays there are very limited selection of that low profile. I called him and explained the situation. He immediately called other stores to find out whether they had anything that would meet my need. Apart from the good service I received from him and Chris at the Lake Ave store, their stores are clean and nicely laid out. The delivery guys were also prompt and pleasant. A side note, Damon is a hardworking person, apart from his day time job working at Mattress Firm, he is a standup comedian at The Ice House in Pasadena. He is also into music production.

Our experience at Mattress Firm was great! Stephanie helped us and she was so helpful. She showed us several options, asked great questions, and provided a lot of advice. We appreciated that she was honest and not at all pushy and just wanted us to find the right mattress for us. Highly recommend!
