Mattress Firm Commonwealth

After 10 years of sleeping on a mattress that was starting to feel like a waterbed we took the plunge to look at new mattresses for the 4th of July sale at Mattress Firm Alhambra. We were assisted by store manager Matthew who was incredibly knowledgeable about what the best options would be for us and was super patient as we jumped from mattress to mattress to compare. The whole process was super easy with no pressure to upsell anything that wasn't needed. Our new mattress and adjustable base has been an amazing addition to our bedroom and is also dog approved.

It’s been over a month since I purchased my new bed, and I’m thoroughly satisfied with both the bed and the customer experience at Mattress Firm. Matthew was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process, taking the time to help me try different mattresses and pillows until I found the right fit. The delivery and setup were smooth, quick, and professional. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the adjustable base is a feature I use every night. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new mattress and a great buying experience. Thank you!

Highly recommended!! Matt at the Alhambra Mattress firm was super helpful and supportive. My husband and I bought our mattress last year from Matt, but due to some accidental damage to our mattress, and the mattress we had was also discontinued. Matt was able to help us find another mattress and go extra miles in helping us on getting our next mattress!! Supportive and very knowledgeable!

I came into Mattress Firm just looking for a new pillow, and Jasmine made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different pillow options and took the time to help me figure out what would actually work best for me, without any pressure. She was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about getting me the right fit rather than just making a sale. Great customer service — ask for Jasmine if you're shopping here!

I was helped by Jennie at Mattress Firm and she was absolutely amazing to work with. She was incredibly patient and understanding of my back issues/scoliosis. She asked many questions and took the time to answer all my questions, without any pressure. I really appreciated that she never tried to upsell me or push me into buying something more expensive. Instead, she genuinely focused on helping me find what would work best for me. She even suggested visiting other locations to try mattresses that weren't available in their store, which showed she truly cared more about helping. Her knowledge, kindness, and honesty made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. If you're looking for a new mattress, Jennie is definitely the person to go to!!
