Mattress Firm Hedwig Village

I gave my negative experience at another store, so it’s only right that I share my experience at this location. Paul was very patient and understanding, it felt as if he listened to what I needed and got me the right mattress after being let down by another store. He provided me with a fair price, explained all the little details, and left me feeling very satisfied. On top of that he took the time to demo a mattress that was easily 20x out of my budget, and I clarified this would be something purely for my curiosity. Without hesitation Paul gave me all of the information I wanted to know - now I just need 20k. I wish I’d have went to this location first, the stress and headache wouldn’t have existed!

Finding the right mattress can be an unexpectedly overwhelming process, but working with Paul turned it into a genuinely pleasant and professional experience. As long-time Tempur-Pedic owners, we knew we wanted to stick with the brand when upgrading but we still had plenty of questions. From the moment we walked in, Paul was incredibly approachable and immediately put us at ease. What impressed us most was how he tailored his communication to our needs. He explained everything in a way that made sense to us while being quick to dive into the technical details to help us make an informed choice. He was patient, articulate, and deeply knowledgeable, but most importantly, we never felt pressured. He gave us the space to think and was readily available to answer several follow-up questions after our initial visit. Once we placed the order, Paul handled every detail for us, even helping with scheduling while we waited for a new bed to be delivered. He coordinated the shipping personally and ensured the mattress was delivered exactly when we needed it. If you are looking for a stress-free and informative experience I cannot recommend working with Paul highly enough!

Fantastic experience. I had 0 idea what I wanted but my representative Andres took the time to asses all my needs and went out of his way to break down a ton of knowledge. Was in and out with the perfect set up in less than an hour. My life is about to be changed with this new TempurPedic and Adjustable Base. (Special shoutout to Chris who also assisted)

Going to the mattress store is annoying. Like any furniture type thing I think most men agree being haggled is something they would like to avoid. Then comes the money part. Beds are expensive. This place busy. Paul was polite, not pushy and he was informative about the mattresses based on my needs. I was replacing an online bought mattress with one I could lay on and try before hand (hence why I was at Mattess Firm). Great experience and buy. Thanks Paul!

My wife and I were greeted by Mr. Andy. He was very receptive to our needs and showed us several different mattresses that would fulfill these needs. He was helpful explaining the specs of each. After further discussion, my wife and I agreed to buy not one but two units of the mattress subject to our order. The whole transaction was a very pleasant experience because of Mr. Danny’s help and knowledge. I would definitely recommend his store to family and friends.
