Brendan was great. He was very professional and very personable all at the same time. He listened very closely to what I needed, and I think matched me up with a great Mattress. He told me about all the offers that currently exist, including financing, returns and delivery. I’m very pleased and looking forward to getting off my couch and back into my bed with a great mattress.

Absolutely amazing place and and amazing prices. We had an incredible experience thanks to Colter Horton He took the time to truly understand our unique situation and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed to start getting better sleep. He was not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuine and honest throughout the entire process. It's rare to come across someone who cares this much about helping others. We’re so grateful for his effort, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend!

Posting this for my Dad. We went to this store at 10am to pick up an expensive mattress he bought. On the door and online it's posted that they open at 10am. No one was there and the door was locked. Finally around 10:45am an employee showed up. He didn't really care, was apathetic, just told us they were short staffed and that they open at 11am and that we basically just had to deal with it. Ok.... Fine.... Post that somewhere! Post that fact on the door somewhere people can see it. Don't expect us to be psychic and somehow know. Needless to say, my Dad cancelled the order and got a refund. Mattress Firm lost out on a very pricey sale because of this crappy customer service. I personally had a horrible experience with mattress firm when we lived in upstate NY. Didn't think the bad customer service would carry over to Idaho as well.

My wife and I have purchased from Mattress Firm in more than one city, depending on where we have been living. This particular location maintained the positive regard we have had for this company in each of the other cities. Brendan was a delight to work with. He was friendly, welcoming and professional. We were able to decide upon a purchase in a short period of time, and we are very satisfied with it.

The guys here at the Idaho Falls store are awesome. They did a great job showing me what they had, giving me some great input on what they have seen based on what your looking for, and I wasn’t planning to get a mattress today but they sold me on it.
