Mattress Firm Issaquah Commons

I have a bad back and needed a new firmer mattress. I went to Mattress Firm Issaquah Commons because they had good reviews. The moment I entered the store I was warmly welcomed by Elle. She listened to my reasons for being there and then proceeded to show me the mattress that she felt would be the best for my condition and the reasons why. After trying out the mattress together with Elle's knowledgeable answers of my questions, I was convinced and purchased the mattress. Next we sat down and Elle went over the options for delivery, payment, trial and other details. All done professionally and without pressure. If your are looking for a new mattress, I am pleased to highly recommend Mattress Firm in Issaquah and Elle in particular. You will not be disappointed.

I worked with Jacob and he was fabulous! Explained everything in layman’s terms yet gave me a complete lesson on how to use the controls to ease my back issues. He even managed to sell my daughter & husband anew mattress (me a whole bed!) and soon my granddaughter when she moves in her apartment! We love him!

We went in twice, a few days apart. Jacob was very helpful and professional. He helped us understand different options, even looked up the equivalent to our old Tempur-pedic which is no longer in production. After we have decided on what we want, we went back in a few days after and worked with Daniel to place an order. Daniel helped us pick the right accessories we needed. Delivery was very smooth. The crew gave me a heads up before they arrived, which was well within the delivery window. They got in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very efficient and professional. All in all this was a pleasant experience. This is the 2nd mattress we purchased from Mattress Firm and they delivered great experience both times.

I had a really good experience. Jacob was terrific. He let me describe my needs and then showed me the various options that could work. He let me take the time I needed to decide what would be best for my comfort. Extremely kind and personable young man. I only wish there was a Jacob everywhere I do business. Thanks so very much Jacob.

We really appreciated Levi's customer service in the Issaquah store. He was warm and assuring about the outlet mattress we were interested in and made us feel seen and heard even though the store was busy. Thanks Levi for making the time to treat us like our purchase mattered even though we came from another store.
