Mattress Firm Issaquah

We had a good experience with the in-store sales team at Mattress Firm (Issaquah Outlet). The salesperson was helpful and clearly explained the products, including recommending a mattress protector to prevent stains and protect the warranty. We purchased a Beautyrest king mattress ($1000) along with a Sleepy’s mattress protector ($100), based on that advice. Unfortunately, when we actually needed support, the experience was very disappointing. The protector—marketed as waterproof—failed and allowed liquid to pass through, causing a stain on the mattress. Because of that stain, we were told the mattress warranty is now void. We were simply told to contact the manufacturer ourselves, even though Sleepy’s is their own store brand, and no clear manufacturer information was provided. This is frustrating because we followed the recommendation given at purchase and bought the protector specifically to avoid this exact situation. When the product failed, there was no effective support process in place to help resolve the issue. Additionally, I am currently in my third trimester of pregnancy and highly sensitive to odors, while also caring for a toddler. This situation has created unnecessary stress and discomfort in my home. Overall, the in-store experience was good, but the lack of effective customer support when problems arise is very disappointing.

Great experience at the Issaquah Mattress Firm outlet today! We stopped by to check out Tempurpedic options and Chris was awesome - very knowledgeable, patient, and no sales pressure at all. He took the time to explain the differences and helped us seize a great deal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality mattress that will last a long time!

Martin was great. He educated me on many details of many different mattresses. He wasnt high pressure, he was pleasant and genuine. I bought a purple mattress with an adjustable base. I can raise the head area and the feet area. Very nice. It has a cooling mattress cover that feels awesome. He treated me very fairly and i felt good about the whole experience. Ty!

My other pillow was stolen so Sweet dreams again! His help was deeply appreciated and knew which items I was looking for to buy! Thank you Chris!!

Nice overall shopping experience at this location! I am buying 3rd mattress over here but each one is many years apart so it is like totally new experience each time. All questions were answered, all opinions were shown, all possible discounts offered, and we were able to test many and find what we liked!
