Josh was incredible!!! He was so knowledgeable, patient and kind! He worked with me to meet my health needs as well as budgeting my finances. If you are contemplating a Sleep Number bed (for YEARS, as in my case)...don't wait any longer. Talk with Josh. I promise he will work very hard and take great care of you! Thank you, Josh!!!

I have been lied to about your beds. The manager in Johnson City told me there would be a 5 year warranty. Imagine to my surprise when I found out it is prorated. Only had this bed for 2 years. I am sleeping in a very deep hole in my mattress. As a matter of fact, it is all the way down to the wood! I have called customer service several times. They all want to do the SAME trouble shooting every time! One time should be enough. One lady had me call a number that is for the adjustable up and down of the bed! She said this was bad customer service as I was in the phone with her for all the wrong reasons. I have talked to some people and told them all that happened. You lost sales over this. Something needs to be done in your customer service department and management! I wish I had never purchased this bed. I have had to pay for parts and technicians which are not going to be on time for the service call!!!!! Bad business and management. Always no reply to the bad comments on this site!!! Good reviews from Cora. Wait until you have trouble with your bed and see how well you like her then!!!! Good luck, because if you have problems… you will be going thru a nightmare as I am!!!! As much as you pay for theses beds you would think you would be treated with a lot of respect!!! Just the opposite! Wish I had NEVER seen this bed!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Sleep Number! Cora was so kind and knowledgeable — she took the time to explain everything about our purchase and made sure we felt confident in our choice. She wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely helpful. We really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend asking for Cora!

Cora was absolutely wonderful to work with as this was our second time working with her!! We purchased a 2nd home and most definitely had to have another sleep number bed. I highly suggest if you are in the market for a new bed please stop by the Johnson City location and ask for Cora.
