Hello! Came in to do some mattress shopping and was helped out by Tommy! This was a great experience! We had already had an idea of the type of mattress we wanted so that made the selection process easy. They do have questions if you are unsure of the type of mattress you are looking for. We left with the mattress we wanted, the pro smart bed frame and a mattress topper for a great price. Make sure you ask about all the discounts and deals they have available! I highly recommend mattress firm!

Mattress Firm Mission Valley had an excellent selection of mattresses at a range of prices. Garrett listened to our concerns and worked hard to get us a great price on a gorgeous outlet mattress making a higher end mattress and base within our budget. I recommended my neighbor go here for her new mattress as well. Can't wait to sleep on this tonight!

We had a great experience in this store since the beginning we thought we were going to be pressured to buy something because at every other store that's what happens. Simon was amazing by greeting us but Christopher was the one who helped us the most. He answered our questions and even helped us find a perfect bed for us and our puppy. He helped us find solutions for when we have the bed at home with the puppy. 10/10 recommend him. He worked with us with finding the perfect bed in our budget he was very friendly. One of the best experiences we've ever had. If we had to buy again we would go with Christopher again :)

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm while purchasing our new mattress and box springs. The whole process was very easy and actually pretty exciting since we were finally upgrading from a queen to a king-sized mattress. Being able to try out different mattresses in the store made a big difference and helped us find the one that suited us best. Garret provided excellent customer service throughout the experience. Tom was amazing. Offered all information, answered all questions enthusiastically, and was helpfull as can be. I really did not think we would leave with a purchase today, but he made it so easy and pleasant, we have a new mattress on the way.
