Mattress Firm Clearance Center Middleburg

From the 1st phone call William was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. So from that moment on, I knew this location was where I’d be doing business. Once there, before I walked in he instantly knew I was the young woman from the phone conversation and asked Hansell to assist me with the purchase. They both were attentive and prompt. M transaction was complete in all of 20 minutes. I’m beyond grateful and satisfied. I look forward to doing more business in the future and will refer all of my family and friends here to the Middleburg mattress firm. You guys make an amazing team. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

My wife and I needed a new mattress so we chose to visit Mattress Firm. Marlon was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with our purchase and no pressure at all. Marlon also informed us that if we saw a better deal within the first year we could get a refund towards the new discounted price. Within the first month I saw the mattress we bought significantly discounted from the price we paid. I returned to the store and spoke with Jesus and William. They were both just as friendly and professional as Marlon. They adjusted the price we originally paid to the current discount price which saved us $752.50! It was quick and easy! We also chose to purchase the ProSmart adjustable base which is absolutely amazing! Watching a movie in bed with the Bluetooth speakers is quite the experience! My wife and I both are sleeping much more comfortably and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I highly recommend checking out Mattress Firm if you are ready to purchase a new quality mattress. They have many options for all price ranges and really know their products.

Went in with some questions and do a personal research on options. Store was rotelle a small, moderate size but perfect to not get overwhelmed with over–options. The sales representative, William, was extremely professional and friendly. Definitely not focused on Making a sale in focused on being very informative and attentive to what the customer is actually in need of. Explained how their questioning works and why at the Best interest of what the customer is looking for to fit their needs. Floor demonstrations were simple to understand with pricing and option information. As an outlet center also has expanding options. Ended up finding a sale through the website at Williams, suggestion to look for comparison. He gladly assisted in the final selection and purchase. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get an understanding and not just be a sales number.

I only deal with Jesus Vasquez who is the store manager of 3 of the local stores in my area. He has helped me out tremendously! I have bought adjustable bases and one thing or another has happened, and he is always there to help me and he has the ability being the manager to help with pricing also. I even bought my daughter a mattress for Christmas and he threw in a adjustable base (no thrills one like mine). The store is always immaculate. The delivery people are so nice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATTRESS FIRM OUTLET MIDDLEBURG FLORIDA!

Had a great experience with Joel. He was inquisitive and kind and patient. And we left feeling very excited about our incoming delivery. Thanks for all the help Joel! We will definitely recommend you and your store to all our friends and family.
