Mattress Firm Clearance Center Hilliard Rome Road

Sterling was amazing!!!!! Not only was he accommodating to our baby but he helped us find the right mattress. Being the first customer of the day 5 minutes after they opened, he had a positive attitude the whole time. Answered all the questions I had honestly and truthfully, which is hard to come by these days. We are so excited for our bed and cannot recommend him, and the stores deals more!

We just left and had an amazing experience with Aaron. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect mattress. We were shopping with our 2 year old and 9 month old and he was very helpful with our 2 year old. He even went to the back and got her a little sheep stuffy that she was so excited about. Thanks Aaron for being so great !

Ben was awesome in the store. My friend and I were the only customers there at the time and Ben put up with use asking questions about every bed we laid on across the whole store. He made the buying process super easy. Then, when I realized I order the wrong bed size 10 minutes before the store closed later that night, I called the store and the associate fixed the problem for me in less than 5 minutes. No stress at all! Everyone was great, the delievery was also super fast and easy and they set up everything perfectly!

I was helped by Ben at the Grove City store. He was friends, patient, and knowledgeable. Really asks good questions helping us make the best affordable decision. I had suck a good experience there, I went to the Hilliard store today to buy another bed. There I met Nate. I give his customer service a 5+. Super helpful and walked me to the door after the purchase and reminded me if I needed anything at all to call.

Had a great experience here. Sterling was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated his honesty about what was available for the specifications we were looking for. He was also very kind and patient with my young daughter. We got what we needed, quickly, and at a great price!
