I was debating on an in-box king mattress due to size restriction (narrow stairs) or downsizing to a pillow top queen. I was undecisive and came back 3 times trying out both types of mattresses and with new questions. Harry was very knowledgeable and very patient. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. He even gave me the sale price even though the sale had ended earlier that week. I was very pleased with my experience at Mattress Firm.

I struggle with severe back pain and spinal/neck problems, due to a chronic bone and ligament disease. No mattress for the past few years from other companies has worked for me and only made things worse; but then I came to this mattress firm and met Mr. Harry Fernandez, and he has helped me find the best mattress for my health and sleep. I cannot emphasize how grateful i am for his help. I will refer everybody i know to him/this specific store because of how awesome Harry is. I have never before met a salesman so happy to help, knowledgeable, and that takes his time with his customers to really help them find what they need. Very honest and transparent and upfront. He really goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need for the best sleep. Extremely knowledgeable on mattresses, the company, sleep technology, spinal health and sleep health. I wont ever go to another mattress salesman but Harry, and my family will be coming to him to choose a mattress of their own soon as they all need a new bed. This store has a great variety of mattresses, and i love the mattress Harry helped me pick out. I just started sleeping on this mattress, and i am so relieved and happy that i have little to no pain at night now, and i am not tossing and turning. I am working on aligning my spine and continuing to seek treatments for my heath problems, but Having a good mattress that works for my problems is a HUGE relief and one less factor to worry about. View on GoogleGood knowledge from staff, but they need to speak in English, only one person did. The prices are too high, I will be returning the item purchased. I liked it in the store but paying a $128.39 for one pillow is ridiculous. And that was with the gentleman giving me a 20% discount.
