Mattress Firm Orland Park

Dennis was excellent. He listened, answered all of our questions, and helped me tremendously. I left very satisfied with my decision and purchase. I did not feel pressured in the least. The service that Dennis provides is great. I would recommend the Orland Park, IL to anyone that needs help with a mattress purchase. I am so glad that my daughter suggested that we should go there, and she was correct.

Nova was an incredible guide for our first time mattress shopping as a couple about to get married. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating to our preferences. She allowed us to try out as many mattresses as we wanted, and at the end of our visit, she researched clearance mattresses that we liked in the warehouse outlet. She was stellar guide and we would highly recommend her. Thank you, Nova!

Extremely informative session. Dennis is a true pro. Bought a twin for the spare room. Will be back soon for a lesson and purchase for the master bedroom. Looking forward to learning more about making the right selection. Very happy with my engagement

After visiting several mattress stores and leaving disappointed with the customer service, my mom and I decided to stop into Mattress Firm in Orland Park — and I’m so glad we did! From the second we walked through the door, the experience was completely different. We were greeted right away, never felt pressured, and genuinely felt like the staff cared about helping my mom find the perfect setup for her needs. Nova was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the different mattress and adjustable base options in a way that made everything easy to understand. My mom can be very hesitant when it comes to making big purchases, especially since it took me YEARS to convince her it was finally time to replace her old bed. Nova made her feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. We ended up purchasing a mattress along with an adjustable base with massage features — a HUGE upgrade from her old metal bed frame! Nova helped us narrow everything down without making us feel rushed, and we walked out feeling excited and confident about the purchase. The experience didn’t stop there. Scheduling delivery was quick and convenient, and the delivery team was professional, respectful, and efficient. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and made setup incredibly easy. Most importantly, my mom is beyond happy with her new bed and keeps talking about how much better she’s sleeping and how restful her nights have been since the upgrade. Seeing her this comfortable and happy made the entire experience even more worthwhile. Huge thank you to Nova and the entire Mattress Firm Orland Park team for delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be recommending this location to friends and family looking for a stress-free and genuinely enjoyable mattress shopping experience!
