Mike (Mickey) provided exceptional service from start to finish. As someone living with MS, finding the right bed wasn’t just about comfort — it was about safety and independence. He was patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my specific medical needs and helping me find the right mattress and frame for my situation — never rushing or pressuring me. When I had to step away for an appointment, he followed up to make sure I came back, and welcomed me warmly when I returned. His genuine care, sense of humor, and product knowledge made what could have been a stressful experience actually enjoyable. Mike is a real asset to this store — ask for him by name!”

We were greeted right away by Michael who goes by Mickey. He has a very pleasant personality. He took care of us right away and guided us through the entire experience. I really appreciated that. Being an individual who feel awkward laying down on each mattress, I needed to be warmed into the experience. Mickey did encourage and my partner had to extra encourage me to feel the pressure of each mattress. Maybe my uncomfortability was showing because Mickey added that he finds that it is like "going to the eye doctor and testing if one is better than the other about the same". Mickey wasn't pushy with the items shown and weren't interested in too. He is very thorough throughout the entire time: I learned there's a difference between waterproof and water resistant covers. He also went over all the digits the receipt listed (it had a lot btw). 5/5 experience because of Mickey. I would go back !
