Good experience! John was very well informed and could anticipate my needs. I wasn't rushed and left there feeling satisfied. Looking forward to delivery. Mattress Firm is fortunate to have John to work with customers. Thank you.
View on GoogleWe had a fantastic experience working with John at the Mayfair Mattress Firm. My husband and I tend to take our time when making big purchases, and John was incredibly patient with us. He never made us feel rushed and took the time to thoroughly explain the different mattress options, helping us understand the pros and cons of each. What we especially appreciated was how knowledgeable he was - not only about the products themselves, but also about his own experiences and feedback from other customers. Those insights were really helpful as we worked through our decision. Once we made our choice, John helped to make the delivery process easy and efficient. We got everything scheduled quickly. He was friendly, professional, informative, and completely non-pressuring from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping you find the right mattress, we highly recommend John and the team over on Mayfair!

View on GoogleI came during their Memorial Day weekend sale hoping to catch a deal on a great mattress. I love that they were able to study me to see which mattress was best for the way I slept. I was able to sample different several brands before landing on the one that was perfect for me. Thank you to John for an amazing experience!
