Verlo Mattress

Had a very nice experience with sales person (Jake). Was shopping for an elderly woman with back issues. She was able to try various styles of mattresses with focus on affordability and value given her needs. Jake was able to work with us to find the tight fit for her. Delivery team was excellent and set up and took away old mattress very efficiently. Would recommend Verlo store on Burleigh in Wauwatosa.

Darren and Xander did a great job delivering and setting up my new mattress and adjustable frame they were kind and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly

Great experience at Verlo in Wauwatosa with Dave. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. The deliver team was also top notch and the mattress and adjustable frame are excellent. Highly recommend

Such nice delivery personnel. Jose’ and Alex were very polite and quick. They took away the old bed, set up the new one, showed me how to use it. Very good experience overall.

After owning a Verlo mattress for 1.5 years I cannot recommend it. We have been trying to get answers about the firmness of the mattress for almost 6 months and we have had nothing but problems getting in touch with their team. I call and no one answers. We are supposed to get notification about when they will arrive and we have to call them about this. We are promised a call from their “comfort specialist” after verification that we got a soft mattress when we orders a med firm and - nothing. I call and no one knows our case or has record of our conversations. It’s been nothing but a hassle. I wanted to support local but it was not worth the price or the annoyance.
