The great Ashley with beautiful displays, lots of them and ample space. Loved how many things I could get to see in person. Not that fault of this store but I wish they had a bit more modern reclining sofas. But guess what I found the softest fluffiest blankets l have ever touched, loved loved loved it

Tamika and crew that delivered my purchase was very professional and kind. They set up everything as it was supposed to be and also moved it around until I was satisfied with its placement. They were early, which was good, as I was excited to receive my purchase. Thank you Tamika and crew, I’m a very satisfied customer. If I could give you a 10 star rating, I would.

Met at door and shown merchandise immediately. Kristen was very helpful and I appreciate the time she spent explaining everything to me. Management gave me a good price on item.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I had a very simple issue with our couch that needed to be adjusted. It was completely ignored! I talked to the salesman named Greg, who passive aggressively explained to me why I was in the wrong, proceeded to say, however, we take care of our customers, only to never get back to me. Its been a week.Very unprofessional all the way around!! Ive chatted with their online help, they gave me a case number, but still nothing! Greg also told me the protection plan I purchased was for 5 years, but when I looked at my paperwork, its only for 3 years. In this economy, take your hard earned money elsewhere. Do not waste your time with Ashley Furniture. I very much regret it! They say customers matter, their actions show different!!

Excellent experience from start to finish! Sawyer was so friendly and professional! No high pressure sales. He made the purchasing process a breeze! Delivery was exceptional, Pamela and her co-delivery partner were great as well! Would recommend Ashley Furniture anyone!
