Daniel was fantastic to work with and made the purchasing process super easy! We highly recommend working with Daniel as he was patient with our questions, very personable, and accommodating when we called back with a slight order change. My husband and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase and Daniel was nearby but not overbearing as we navigated the store. We are looking forward to our order arriving as we loved the Playmaker Sectional in store.

I had such a great experience here. I was greeted immediately. I wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase, as it was my first time in the store. Instead of being a pushy salesman, the rep Informed me on how the store was set up and then let me roam around until I had questions. She stayed close enough to find in case I needed help, but wasn't overbearing. I loved that. When I did have questions, the rep was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. The store offered a cafe with light refreshments and a clean bathroom. Delivery and interest free financing was available and there was a wide range of options for furniture depending on your budget.

I bought a piece of furniture for the first time, so I was proud of this “adult purchase”. Chris helped me out my initial cost and was great answering all of my questions, aiding me in making a decision. I wanted to explore other options, so didn’t purchase that first day. I then came in the following day once my decision was made. To be completely honest, the lady who helped me was very rude. I was asking more questions, as I have never bought a piece of furniture before (outside of FB marketplace or IKEA). I felt as if the questions I was asking were fair to ask for someone with lack of experience in this field. She looked at me like I was stupid and gave me sassy responses that made me wish I didn’t even ask in the first place. Quite honestly, she was the rudest person I have met in this city in just my few months living in Monroeville. All that aside, the manager was very kind and greeted me with a smile. She was very respectful and answered my questions politely and appropriately, something the other sales rep should be capable of. However, the bitter taste left in my mouth from the one incredibly rude employee left me not fully satisfied with the experience. Now to wait until I receive my order.

Great selection. Clever pieces with storage, even a pop-out bed. Sales people were knowledgeable and not pushy. Snacks available Disappointed in length of time to get purchase delivered. For some reason I thought we could get it in less than a week. I was wrong. My specific order should take 10 day which is really good in comparison to other companies. I’d definitely recommend going there.

We had a good experience with Bob’s furniture in Monroeville. Hannah was great. We met her a few months ago and she showed us furniture we might be interested in.
