Mattress Firm Palatine

We came in to get our childs first bed. Blu greeted us right away and asked us what we were looking for. He took us over and showed us a few beds and explained in great detail the differences between each one of them. Also, explained the extended warranty, which personally everyone should get added on. I did! Also explained about getting the bed delivered. Also when you check out he went over the receipt for any discrepancy and understanding that the transaction was right. He wanted to make sure you're getting your perfect bed. He was very polite, personable, caring, understable, talkative and many other good qualities. Mattress firm is lucky to have such a wonderful man working for them. If you need a bed, go see Blu! You won't be disappointed. I know I will be sending anyone that comes my way looking for a bed to Blu at Mattress Firm!

Our mattress won’t be delivered until Saturday (our decision) but we were very pleased with the help that we received at the store. John and Blu were both attentive to us and we appreciated that they weren’t intent on upselling. John listened and suggested a mattress and a lift mattress base that was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend them and will return there when we need another bed.

I came into the store to find a mattress cover that would keep our new mattress staying like new but would also not make a hot sleeper like myself even hotter (not all mattress protectors are the same! I've tried them all!) I was helped by an associate here named Blu , he was very helpful and found exactly what I needed in a jiffy. plus it's even better of a product then the last one I purchased from this location years back, it keeps me cool while sleeping and adds an extra level of protection for our investment we've recently made, I'll have to get a second one as it does take quite some time to dry when washed which is the usual deal with these covers as you can not put them in high heat to dry but I already knew that so I will be going back to get another one to have extra and I'll definitely be getting our next mattress here and future children's mattresses and mattress protectors here as well. Thank you blu! Sorry it took a while to write this review we've both been busy bees but I'll be seeing you again soon! We may need something soon as we are remodeling our house and getting new furniture and things to accommodate more guests from across seas for our wedding coming soon! I'll be coming straight to you I still have your card in my wallet 😎

Blu was very professional throughout the entire process. He was patient, polite, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed from start to finish. Blu is truly a subject matter expert who clearly knows his craft and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. I would definitely purchase from him again and highly recommend him to friends and family

First time stopping I was given great attention from Blu. There was no pushy sales pitch, but he was there to answer any questions. I wasn't ready to buy that day. Came back a week later and still helpful as can be. Made my choice and walked away feeling I got a very fair deal. Ask for Blu.
