I always thought Mattress Firm seemed kinda sketchy (why are there so many??) but I had an incredible experience. Jean was kind, funny, and knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect mattress in my price point. He explained to me what I should be feeling and looking for as I tested out the options. As a first time mattress buyer I left feeling confident in my choice! They offer free delivery and for a small price can set it up and take away your old mattress! I’m very happy with the warranty offered and the 120 night return policy. The store was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend if you need a mattress!

The "technology" has surely changed in the last 12 plus years and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain all of the differences to me. I liked that she gave me options and took time to answer my list of questions, which based on them, believe I picked the perfect mattress and accompanying items. I learned a lot and will definitely be back when I need another mattress!

View on GoogleVery bad experience, the time slot I was given for delivery was from 8am-8pm. Thats a huge amount of in between time. The delivery required a signature & the mattress to be put inside the house. No signature was collected, The delivery guy didn’t even bothered to knock or ring the bell. Just left the mattress out on the front door like it was a regular box. This was a $1,300 dollar mattress. Very unsatisfied with the whole process.
