I recently visited Ashley Furniture to find a new sofa, and I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you get the chance to work with Nicole Lebers. Nicole was absolutely incredible—she took the time to understand my family’s needs and helped us navigate the different configurations to select the perfect modular sofa. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable about the materials, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely invested in helping you find the right fit for your home rather than just making a sale. The modular design is a game-changer for our family space, and the quality is outstanding. If you're heading to Ashley, definitely ask for Nicole!

Guillermo was the best !! We walked in to Ashley to buy a recliner sofa and he showed us all the different sofas. He did not rush us at all and provided all the information by sending it to me. He was professional and helped us every step of the way. Thank you so much Guillermo for being so patient with our order.

My husband and I dealt with Nicole Lebers at the Nanuet, Ny location. She was terrific!! She knew everything I asked her about the dining room table and more! Very pleasant and easy to talk to and no pressure! She made both my husband and I very comfortable! It’s a beautiful dining room table and chairs! We will definitely come back and purchase from her again!

My experience at Ashley Furniture store was so pleasant and informative. Nicole L, was a huge help in finding the perfect dresser for my room and she was so easy to talk to! After this very nice experience, I would definitely be interested in coming back for future furniture desires for my room or even for my house!! 10/10 experience!!

Even though I would not shop at Ashley again due to how my situation how it was initially handled I do want to highlight the positive experience I had with Nicole. She stepped in and helped me complete everything I needed, making sure nothing was left unresolved. Nicole was open, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions, as well as adjust anything that needed to be fixed. As a person, she is kind, professional, and genuinely committed to helping customers to the best of her ability even if they’re not making a large purchase.
