Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I love Bob’s. Sometimes the sales team is a bit much, I had the floor sales man, the manager and the desk lady over selling me. STOP and relax. Place was big and clean. Plenty of good prices.

I took my mom to Bob's furniture store to buy a sofa and two chairs. Upon going in the store we were greeted by a salesman name Jaime Delongchamp. Jaime provided exceptional customer service while helping my 92 year old mom find the perfect sofa and two chairs. He was patient, professional, and never rushed us as he walked us through the entire store, showing us many different options to make sure she found exactly what she liked. After my mom chose her sofa, Jaime suggested a chair that complemented it perfectly. His eye for matching the pieces together made the decision much easier, and my mom was thrilled with the final selection. We truly appreciated Jaime's kindness, knowledge, and dedication to making sure my mom was comfortable and happy with her purchase. He made the entire shopping experience enjoyable, and we highly recommend asking for Jaime if you're looking for outstanding customer service.

I Met Michael, sales associate it was wonderful. I mentioned him what I wanted, and he showed me different items that I might like, and he helped me pick out my recliner, my kitchen table and two stools, and my bedroom set and a bed. He was so amazing and explaining everything to me. I was very lucky to have him help me. I am not a shopper and did not even wanna go and he made my experience very pleasant. Also, I don’t know the name of the manager, but she’s a young woman and she was amazing also. She reviewed the order gave some tips on how to save some money on bundling and it was amazing. I am very impressed. You all are very lucky to have these two!!!!!!! Thank you❤️

Gary was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with, and took an incredibly valued amount of time to go through all options of what we were looking for to fill a couple spots in our new home!! This was our second time working with him at Bob’s Nanuet and he remembered us and both him and the managers we worked with appreciated us coming back and giving our feedback!!
