Andre handled that situation with remarkable professionalism. He was calm, composed, and completely pressure-free. Rather than pushing products, he took the time to understand my intent and gently guided me toward a more informed decision. He clearly explained why the lower price point I was initially targeting would not be a worthwhile investment in the long run, and how a quality mattress truly impacts overall well-being and pays off over its full lifespan.
What stood out most was his ability to strike the perfect balance—he respected my budget, worked within it, and still helped me stretch just enough to secure a significantly better product. He walked me through a range of options with clarity and patience, ensuring I felt confident every step of the way.
He also gave me an exceptional, genuinely generous discount, which made the final decision even easier. I ultimately purchased two top-quality mattress for my children, and I fully agree with his perspective: investing in good sleep—especially for children—is investing in long-term health and comfort and that means paying a bit more. I have had the privilege of working with the best salesperson ever! Amir Barksdale at Raymor and Flanigan on Tarrytown Rd makes furniture shopping completely stress-free and enjoyable. I have been back to see him several times and have purchased beds, mattresses, chairs, a sofa, a TV stand, and even pillows.

My sister spoke with Jason store in Tarrytown and he was outstanding ! He listened , and executed ! He was kind and professional . He noted the urgency and the mattress was delivered on Sunday ! Mattress is perfect ! The delivery guys were quick, professional and removed my old mattress ! Thank you Jason for making this process so light ! Grateful 😊
