Mattress Firm Tarrytown Rd White Plains

I had an outstanding experience with Andre at Mattress Firm in Tarrytown. I walked in with a very fixed mindset—I knew exactly what I thought I wanted, wasn’t particularly open to exploring options, and frankly just wanted to get in and out quickly and had a limited budget. Andre handled that situation with remarkable professionalism. He was calm, composed, and completely pressure-free. Rather than pushing products, he took the time to understand my intent and gently guided me toward a more informed decision. He clearly explained why the lower price point I was initially targeting would not be a worthwhile investment in the long run, and how a quality mattress truly impacts overall well-being and pays off over its full lifespan. What stood out most was his ability to strike the perfect balance—he respected my budget, worked within it, and still helped me stretch just enough to secure a significantly better product. He walked me through a range of options with clarity and patience, ensuring I felt confident every step of the way. He also gave me an exceptional, genuinely generous discount, which made the final decision even easier. I ultimately purchased two top-quality mattress for my children, and I fully agree with his perspective: investing in good sleep—especially for children—is investing in long-term health and comfort and that means paying a bit more. It is well worth it if my children sleep well and are up feeling confident, well rested and ready to attack the day with drive Andre is a star salesperson and an absolute gentleman—thorough, knowledgeable, and deeply client-focused. This was easily a five-star experience. ⸻ Shraddha
