My boyfriend and I were blessed by Danielle. It was our first time shopping for a mattress, and she was an angel. She didn't pressure us at all and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision that worked best for us. She was so generous and helped us in anyway she could. There were some technical issues, and the tech person wasn't very helpful. However, Danielle advocated for us throughout the whole processes to ensure we would be well taken care of. Like I said, it was our first time shopping for a mattress, and I had a lot of questions. It's an investment and adulting is scary. I walked in the store twice just to find the perfect mattress for my grandma. I’m only there temporarily so I didn’t want to spend over thousands of dollars. Jeffery knew exactly what I was looking for. He understood my points. He was patient, joyful, and I was happy that I got to leave the store with a smile on my face. I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Jeffrey. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and really helped me understand what would work best for me, without any pressure. I ended up choosing the Tempur-Pedic Adapt Pro, and after sleeping on it for about a month now, I can honestly say it was a fantastic choice. The mattress is extremely comfortable and supportive, and my sleep quality has noticeably improved.

Walked in expecting outrageous prices and a pushy sales person… then met Jeff. He was so considerate of what we wanted and price point. Found a comfortable mattress and done so quickly!!! Jeff was friendly, enthusiastic, accommodating and helpful! Excellent experience!
