Mattress Firm Naperville

Thomas is an amazing worker here at your mattress firm. One of the nicest and courteous and just overall genuine kind of people who really bring out the best of Mattress firm. I’ve made purchases here in the past you won’t find anywhere else with the kind of customer service Thomas was able to do for our family. When you come to this location ask for Thomas he’s the man! Thank you Mattress Firm for helping us get the bed of my mothers dreams. Thank you

Great sales person. Very knowledgeable. The issue was with the efficiency of the tablets Taking down the information, placing the orderand it accepting my credit card for a payment. Luckily, I had another credit card with me and it wasn’t about being near the limit on either card. It was just the system that rejected my card.

I HIGHLY recommend this location! Thank you, Zac, for your knowledge, professionalism, and kindness throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, never felt pushy, and took the time to present several mattress options to ensure I found the best fit for my needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Thank you ZAC !

Great overall experience from the moment we walked in the store. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. We even got a recommendation for a taco spot! 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend. We're excited for our new mattress! Thank you, Thomas!

We had a wonderful experience at mattress firm. Thomas was extremely helpful in finding us a new mattress. He listened to our needs and didn’t pressure us into getting something we didn’t want. They were also having great deals this weekend. Thanks Thomas, you are awesome!
