This place is great for trying out mattresses before you buy. Our sales guy knew all about them and asked us questions on what we where looking for. Based on that he made two suggestions. We went with one of those and it's been the best sleep of my life. Seriously! I have zero trouble going to sleep now or when I wake in the middle of the night I fall right back asleep instead of being up for hours. Had I known it was my mattress I would have been at the store saying take my money and help me lol. Plus they offer white glove service where they take your old mattress and bring in/set up your new one. Yes that was extra but worth it! The two guys who came where extremely efficient and polite. I would highly recommend buying a mattress at this location.
View on GoogleDuane was wonderful! It was busy with customers but he took the time to make sure all of us were taken care of in a timely manner and in a way that didn’t feel rushed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had when looking for my first mattress. Shout out Duane!
View on GoogleCorey is phenomenal. Not only is he straightforward, and honest, but he’s kind, funny and relatable. I went to several other mattress stores but chose to come back and purchase from him because I knew he would be the type to follow through. See you in another ten years when it’s time to get a new one !
View on GoogleI went into Mattress Firm today and I had a really good experience. To be honest when I came in I wasn't going to buy anything. I talked to Cory the day before because I was telling him I have had 4 spinal surgeries and have a horrible back and legs and needed another surgery. So when I came in today I spoke with Duane and after going back and forth on 2 different mattresses I finally picked one. I also got the adjustable bed frame. Realizing how bad my back truly is I think I really need it. Duane also made me feel comfortable that if I do not like the mattresses I have now to call them up and switch mattresses within 120 days. They didn't put pressure on me like most places would have. I also got an adjustable frame for my father also. I'm really happy that I went in and also having 48 month financing didn't hurt either lol A big THANK YOU to Duane and Cory for helping me out and making the right decision.
View on GoogleGreat service by Duane! I called ahead to see if he had something in stock and he was super helpful. Gave me a great deal, great service.we’ll be back for sure!
