Mattress Firm Norridge

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Mattress Firm location for many years, and I can honestly say they’ve never let me down. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that customer service is a top priority here. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help you find exactly what you’re looking for without ever being pushy. Over the years, I’ve purchased several mattresses from this store, and every experience has been smooth from start to finish. They carry only the highest quality brands, and this location is my go to place specifically for Stearns & Foster mattresses. The selection is fantastic, with plenty of options to test out so you can find the perfect fit for your comfort level and budget. One thing I’ve always appreciated is how quickly they can arrange delivery. Every time I’ve made a purchase, my mattress has arrived right on schedule, handled with care, and set up perfectly. The entire process is easy, stress-free, and always handled by true professionals. It’s rare these days to find a store that consistently provides great products and great service year after year, but this location truly delivers. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, and they’ve all had equally positive experiences. If you’re looking for a new mattress and want a store you can trust, this is absolutely the place to go. You’ll find top-quality mattresses, excellent prices, and a friendly team that genuinely cares about your satisfaction. I couldn’t recommend this location more highly!

Salesman was great. We walked in knowing we wanted customized side by side twin XL to put in our king frame. My wife got to test out options she preferred. I found a perfect adjust base temperpedic which now functions as a zero gravity bed and nice bedroom recliner for binging our 90 day fiance shows. Overall very pleased with delivery and setup which was scheduled for two days later. Hauled away my old king mattress no issues.

Great service and attention to detail for all requirements for a new mattress to fit my existing full frame bed and headboard. Many options to make it work. Thank you Bill in Norridge for taking the time to make sure everything was right! Before and after photos.

Came in on Memorial weekend, Bill our Sleep Expert, was so knowledgeable and a delight to work with. There was another associate in the building who greeted us, also such a great customer experience. This is our 4th mattress that have been supporting our family through the years. We are officially part of the Matress Firm family. Thank you all for the business.

Staff was very friendly and quickly helped us. We were able to get a mattress for my 5 year old that was in stock at another location.
