I had a great experience purchasing my new mattress at the Mattress Firm in Park Ridge. John helped me in the store—professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He focused on what fit my needs instead of pushing unnecessary upgrades. Refreshing to see real customer service. Delivery was just as smooth. Diego and Fernando arrived on time, handled everything with care, set up the mattress exactly how I wanted, and kept everything clean. Efficient, respectful, and detail-oriented. From purchase to delivery, the process was seamless and handled by people who take pride in their work. Highly recommend this location and team.
View on GoogleBrad was very helpful in my decision to purchase my recent mattress. I told him about my shoulder condition and my past experiences trying to find a product that I could keep and not send back because I may have been quick to pull the trigger. Spent about an hour in the store resting on the one that seemed most accommodating for me. Brad discussed the differences in the two I was interested in. Never pushed or rushed into a purchase. Closed the deal and still made sure to remind me that I had a window upon which to return should I find I am not happy with the outcome despite spending a good deal of time in the store. Very friendly and top notch...
View on GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Park Ridge Firm Mattress place. The customer service is excellent. I had to replace my mattres after over 60 days. The communication throughout the process of adjusting to the mattres as well as with the replacement process was professional, accommodating and very supportive. Brad and John are easy to work with and genuinely supportive every step of the way. I am very happy with my new mattress, and I am recommending their store.
View on GooglePain free purchase and John was so nice to work with. Anyone who needs a bed should really stop into that store, the salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly. They do not pressure you at all and make the entire experience easy.
View on GoogleAfter doing a quick Google search I found that Mattress Firm Park Ridge had impressive reviews. Being local to the area I prefer to work with neighborhood businesses. From the moment I met John to delivery the following day, I knew I made the right choice. Excellent service, never rushed and every single question answered. The delivery team was just as kind and professional. Cheers to all at Mattress Plus!
