Great experience with the purchase and delivery. Alicia was an excellent sales associate and listened to what we wanted without pressuring us. Fernando delivered the new mattress and took away the old. He was in and out in minutes and very pleasant to deal with. Overall I would highly recommend!
View on GoogleI purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in 2023. The mattress began sagging so in 2024, I received a replacement under warranty. The 2024 mattress started to sag in 2025. I filed another report because of sagging again. I provided many, many pictures to indicate proof of sagging with measurements but the claim was denied. Customer service is poor. They are not there to support customer's issues with their mattresses.. They do not honor customer complaints and act like my findings are not true. Do not buy from Mattress Firm because if there's a problem with the mattress , they may not help you..
View on GoogleWe had a great experience at the store. We came in just to buy replacement bed parts. They did try a soft upsell, but when they realized we would not be interested they did back off immediately, which was greatly appreciated. I was thrilled we were able to successfully source the parts we needed and then we were able to get free delivery, which was so helpful considering our tight budget. We would very much shop here again when we need more parts or to replace mattresses or frames; can I also add it’s particularly enticing to come here as there’s a Jollibee almost next door! =^.^=
View on GoogleAlicia helped me decide on the proper mattress for my back. Explained it all, plus the 0% interest for 72 months and Memorial Day promotion was a terrific way to acquire the bed. Thanks Alicia!
View on GoogleWe had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm, thanks to Sohail! He was an exceptional sleep expert - knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right mattress for our needs. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was very accommodating throughout our visit, making the entire process easy and stress-free. We never felt rushed or pressured. Highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Sohail if you’re looking for excellent service!
