Mattress Firm Oak Ridge North

My husband and I walked into this location yesterday and was met with chris who was amazing! We weren’t sure what comfort level we liked when walking in and he walked us through each comfort level on different brands. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent more time with us then is probably normal but he never rushed us into making a decision. But we walked out with a mattress that I believe is the best for us and our needs. I would recommend this location over and over again. Thank you Chris for your help and knowledge.

I was helped as soon as I walked through the door by Jermaine, who happened to be walking in at the same time. It was clear that he knew which choices would be best for my needs and it came down quickly to no more than 3 to consider. (Two really.) I didn’t want to spend a lot of time trying to make this decision (been there!) and he knew his products. This was a satisfying purchase experience and I’m looking forward to my new bed. I’m also pleased that delivery day options were very quick. Thank you for making this so easy!

I was in on Memorial Day shopping for a new mattress. I was greeted by Tim. He did an excellent job showing me products in my price range. I was extremely impressed with his product knowledge for a young guy. Those of us with gray hair typically don’t expect much out of the younger generation these days. Further more he actually owns one of the beds he had suggested. I was out shopping for a high end floor model or close out sale. Essentially something outside of my budget. They didn’t have anything on hand that fit that criteria. I ended up buying a mattress like that at a different store. But I was impressed enough with him and the store website to leave a review. Good customer service is in short supply these days. I would definitely recommend Tim and this store.

timothy was so informative, helpful and patient with me and my questions and concerns. he took time to show me/explain to me the pro and cons of adjustable bases as well as mattresses to fit the needs of my 92-year-old mom 🫶🏼 i appreciate his insight and recommendations and will absolutely shop there again as the needs arise.

Our salesman Jordan was extremely helpful n knowledgeable about all their products. I would highly recommend the oak ridge store to anybody looking for 1 on 1 pleasant and personable experience.. He made buying a mattress stress free for me n my husband!
