Sleep Number

This is our third Sleep Number bed that we’ve purchased for our family and we can’t say enough great things about these beds!! They provide a lot of comfort and are so easily customizable. As a nurse, I’m on my feet at least 12 hours per shift and have to lift and move patients. There are evenings when I come home with a sore back and it’s so nice to be able to adjust my mattress to a comfortable setting to ease my back!! Kevin at the Sleep Number store in Mission Viejo, CA was extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I choose the mattress and base that was best for us. We had lots of questions and Kevin’s answers really helped us narrow down what was right for us. The delivery crew was great and efficient!! Our base and bed were put together in about an hour. We slept in our new bed; for the first time last night and it was glorious!!

Great experience buying my new bed. Got exactly what I wanted and Frank, my sales consultant, was wonderful. It was clear, easy and quick. The price was reasonable and I could not be happier.

Lila at the Mission Viejo store was fantastic. She did a thorough walk through of all the great features for my new bed. I felt very comfortable with her entire presentation and no pressure whatsoever. The delivery and setup was easy and the delivery guys were top notch. All around 5 star experience. Love the new bed!

My wife and I experienced exceptional service at Sleep Number in Mission Viejo, CA. Mr. Frank Gozony and Kevin Meier were very knowledgeable with every mattress combination and helped us find the exact mattress to fit our needs. Both gentlemen were very professional and extremely helpful. Every staff member in that particular store was courteous and eager to help answer any questions we had. Lila Sadechi, the store manager was also very helpful. Sleep Number's mattresses are well worth the price and we highly recommend not only the quality and craftsmanship of the mattresses, but also the store location in Mission Viejo. Thank you!

Went to the Sleep Number location in Mission Viejo and met Lila. She was great and pleasant to speak with. She was very knowledgeable about the beds and was able to point out pressure points using a thermal heat map which point out where pressure is present. She was able to adjust the bed to eliminate the pressure points. The beds are amazing and we ended up buying a P5, with sheets, pillows and covers. Thank you to Lila for your patience and explaining the beds.
