HassleLess Mattress

I went here twice when choosing a mattress. It was so nice to be able to take my time and find the right one without a sales person following you around. The delivery was on time and the guys delivered to highrise in Chicago with no issues .

I can not stress enough how wonderful this company has been to me.. So lost trying to find a mattress. Their team did spent so much time over the phone helping me. You don’t deal with pushy salesman but you do get 2,000 percent support over the phone if you need it. Steve at their comfort exchange man is awesome and knows his craft! Aaron the head boss even spoke with me several times to assist me in my decesion making process. Shop at Hasseless it’s awesome !

I was a little shocked to hear that there were no employees there to help you, but was amazed and the great customer service when I called the number to ask questions. They were very helpful and courtesy. As far as the bed selections, they had every imaginable brand of mattresses with reasonable pricing. I purchased the Beauty Rest Dream Weaver Splint King size adustable bed and I just love my bed. It is so comfortable and firm on my back. Thank you.

I am physically handicapped and not very tech savvy. I went with my sister who was able to assist me in making my purchase. Very easy with her hel. Delivery was flawless and very helpful.

Wow, awesome experience! It was great being able to try any bed I wanted without someone breathing down my neck. Remarkably clean showroom and bathroom. The kiosk is clean and it’s super easy to order your new bed.
