Kane's Furniture - Casselberry

We had a great experience at the Kane’s Casselberry location. Went to fina a reasonably priced dining set for 4. Jed, the sales person that helped me was great to work with and even showed me markdown items. We found the perfect set for a fantastic price. It was a floor model, they wrapped it well and we took it home.

We purchased new coffee tables at Kane’s. Jed, the salesman, pointed us in the right direction and gave us time to browse until we found what we wanted. Kane’s always seems to have pieces that are different than what other stores carry. We also paid for delivery so the tables would be assembled. The delivery was perfect and the guy even took time to adjust the legs until the table did not wobble at all, and showed us how to do it.

Since our sales representative Johana was helping another customer, her sales manager Betsy stepped in and she was fantastic! She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, offering thoughtful guidance that led us to choose the perfect new furniture set. Her attention to detail and customer-focused approach made all the difference.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer care I received from Johana! With Johana’s assistance and guidance, I was able to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale while purchasing multiple furniture items. Her advice and patience were invaluable as I struggled to choose just the right mattress and adjustable base along with many other items. She spent hours on two different days of shopping to help me finalize my order. The store manager also gave me an excellent price on a lamp. You will not be disappointed if shop at Kane’s and are fortunate enough to work with Johana to satisfy your furniture needs!

I went to the Casselberry store after a friend who had purchased a dining table told me they were carrying the fireplace tv stands. She recommended Jeb and he was delightful. He showed a first line of them and then he walked me over to the perfect piece of furniture. I knew right away it was the one. I bought it and the 2 piers for each side. Perfect, perfect, perfect. The most polite 2 men delivered it just a few days later. Loved the whole process. Thanks, Kane's.
