Moved out here 4 years ago and purchased a mattress for the new house. The mattress that we got wore out in just a couple of years. We finally took the time to do the warranty exchange. Today we got the new mattress, and lo and behold, when putting the sheets on it, we discover a huge rip at the seams under it. We now have to get a 3rd mattress in the hopes that we finally get one that we don't have to return AGAIN! I will not shop at a mattress firm again just because of this experience! Only positive thing that I could say about the store, is that the staff is friendly. Update. If I could give negative stars, I 1,000% would!! We got the mattress replacement today and sure and the day is long ANOTHER DEFECTIVE MATTRESS!!! Same exact issue. Tearing at the seams! Mattress firm replying saying defects can happen... Explain this then!!!!! You don't work with vendors that sell quality products. You buy cheap and sell expensive! Finally update. Got the new mattress and no tears. Thankfully! We inspected every inch of the mattress to make sure before they put it in our room. Can't believe we had to go through 4 mattresses. 1 thing I will point out is the fact the employees asked my husband, who they thought left this review, to update it so they look better. GUESS WHAT?! You don't get to pick how people feel about the service and quality of your products. You get the reviews you deserve and your future customers deserve to know what they can potentially be getting into and buying! I will not update my rating! Do better mattress firm!

View on GoogleIf you are going to Mattress Firm, do yourself a favor and ask for Ken! From the moment we walked in, Ken was absolute top-tier professional, super friendly, and ridiculously knowledgeable. He didn't just try to sell us a mattress; he actually took the time to understand what we needed and showed us unbelievable options that fit perfectly within our budget. He made the entire buying process effortless, stress-free, and a total no-brainer. 10/10 service—Ken is the man!
View on GoogleSara was fantastic. Made some really good recommendations for things we hadn't considered. We're really excited to see the difference the new mattress and adjustable frame makes!
View on GoogleSara was very helpful, she took the time to help me find both a mattress and pillow that fit my needs without making me feel pressured. I appreciated that she was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful even though it was close to closing time. She answered my questions thoroughly and made the whole process much easier. Really positive experience overall.
