Johnny at Mattress Firm was awesome to work with. My wife and I came in over the past two days looking for our first king bed, and he made the whole process genuinely enjoyable. He was extremely friendly, positive, and helpful, and never pushy for even a second. It honestly felt like there was zero pressure to buy any specific mattress. He made it clear he was there to help us however we wanted, and that we had the freedom to take our time and choose what was best for us. We also had a pretty specific situation to problem-solve. My wife and I preferred different mattresses, so we were trying to figure out how to make a split king work. On top of that, the mattresses we liked were different heights. Johnny went above and beyond to walk through every option with us. He even helped us bring mattresses out onto the floor so we could physically see how they looked together, and he was right there helping carry and compare so we could make the right call. Most importantly, you could tell he genuinely cared. It didn’t feel like he was motivated by incentives, it felt like he actually wanted us to be happy with what we chose. They handled everything smoothly, set up the mattress quickly, and removed my old one without any hassle. The whole process was fast, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. My husband and I went to Mattress firm , I wanted the adjustable frame, my husband was more interested in the firmness of the mattress. Brent greeted us asked question about what we were looking for, how we slept, any body pains in order to get us the best mattress with in our budget, of course. Brent answered all my questions. I highly recommend going in and talking to Brent, not only is he a " sleep expert", he listens to what your looking for and what your body needs. Brent showed me options and was very patient with me and my questions. He went over all the different details of different mattress options and got me into the perfect one for me. Super kind guy. After I purchased my mattress, to set up for delivery, we were talking and realized we were childhood friends from 40 years ago! It was one of the Best experiences!
