Mattress Firm Tanque Verde

My wife and I recently visited Mattress Firm on Tanque Verde, and we had an outstanding experience thanks to Tyler. I fell in love with the very first mattress we tried, but instead of pushing us toward the more expensive option, Tyler took the time to show us another mattress that was just as comfortable and a little less expensive. We ended up really liking it, and it fit our budget better. What impressed me most was Tyler’s honesty. Most salespeople would have tried to sell us the higher-priced mattress, but Tyler genuinely wanted to help us find the right mattress, base, and warranty for our needs and budget. At no point did we feel pressured. In fact, he even asked if we were sure we wanted to make a purchase that day. You don’t come across salespeople like Tyler very often. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and focused on helping us make the best decision rather than making the biggest sale. We left happy and confident in our purchase. If you’re in the market for a new mattress or bed, I highly recommend stopping by Mattress Firm on Tanque Verde and asking for Tyler. Thanks again, Tyler!

Michael did good by me. I came in looking for a box spring and a frame and he recommended a platform frame. And that meant I didn't need to buy a box spring. It went sideways when he sent me to pick up the item at the warehouse and it wasn't at the warehouse. I called Michael and informed him that I wasn't too happy and he immediately offered to have it shipped to my house at no charge. I've purchased several items from mattress firm and I've never been sorry. I would have given them five stars had it not been for the warehouse flub up.

Mike has 38 years of knowledge. He understood our personal sleeping needs and fit us into the perfect mattress at the best price. This is the second time we’ve purchased from him and highly recommend this store.

Salesman Brent, was SO much fun!!!. He is absolutely charming, warm, friendly, and I believe honest. He sold me exactly what I needed and wanted! He deserves a raise!! You are SO lucky to have him as an employee!! He is a true gem!! He conducted the sale over the phone with me. I wish I could meet him in person! Best phone call ever!

Customer service at The Tanque Verde location was superb. I contacted the store by phone to inquire about placing an order and was assisted expertly. I did not visit the store and ultimately ordered the product. I wanted by phone.. I’m looking forward to receipt of the order which will be delivered by FedEx.
