Rooms To Go

I have been looking for a new king size bed possibly with furniture or not. So yesterday 7/11/26 I was in the area shopping before surgery on Monday. I saw the sign and entered their parking lit to take a look at what i was interested in. As I walked in i was greeted by Sergey. He asked if I needed any help and I let him know what i wanted and saw online. I told Sergey I will return tomorrow to make my purchase before Monday because I would not be available after Sunday. So today I returned and Sergey was there to assist me and get me the bed I wanted. Now I have peace of mind that I am going to get a new bed once I return home from surgery. Thank you Sergey for being patient, kind, helpful and a great salesman. Continue to be awesome to everyone that stops by to buy or look. I look forward to my new purchase and to continue shopping here at Rooms To Go because of Sergey. Also, everyone else at this location was very nice and attentive while I was shopping/looking around.

Jason provided outstanding customer service while helping our family purchase a new rug. Unfortunately, the rug we selected was out of stock, but Jason went above and beyond by staying late and waiting for us to come in so we could place the order. He was patient, professional, and made the entire process easy. It's rare to find that level of dedication and customer care these days. We went to Rooms to Go just to take a look at some new furniture. We met Estaban Herrera who was so knowledgeable about showing us exactly what I was looking for! The sales prices are within our budget and we purchased a brand new living room set. I am very pleased and want to thank Estaban for his patience and helpfulness in our shopping experience!
