I had such a great experience at Mattress Firm Capitol Hill! As soon as we walked in, another customer literally shouted, “These guys are awesome!” — and they were right. Our salesman, Gerald, was absolutely incredible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect mattress. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance and exceptional customer service. Gerald made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and we left feeling confident and excited about our purchase. If you’re shopping for a mattress, definitely go see Gerald at the Capitol Hill location — you won’t be disappointed!

The gentleman at the store was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He switched out different mattresses that were on sale for me to try without hesitation or exasperation. In the end I ended up buying a mattress that was a little spendier. The paperwork went smoothly and he told me the mattress would be delivered the next day. The following day I was supposed to get a message or phone call giving me a two hour window however they called me when they arrived without any warning. Needless to say I wasn't ready so it was a hassle getting the mattress into its designated spot. Also the delivery guys wouldn't help me with the mattress cover saying they weren't allowed to so they didn't receive a tip though I believe they were expecting one. So overall my experience in the store was excellent but the moving it in experience wasn't all that great. I'm very satisfied though for what mattress and free bed base I got for the price I paid for it. So overall I scored the overall experience a four out of five. Thanks everyone. I'm now a proud owner of a brand new mattress and head raising base.

Gerald was super helpful and easy to work with. We came in beat from a long day working and not sure what we wanted. He patiently walked us through all the options and got us a great deal on a mattress with zero pressure. Happily would recommend him and this store to anyone!
