Mrs. Yvonne at South Loop Mattress Firm was such a wonderful sales woman with amazing customer service! It’s seriously time for a new mattress and she explained the differences between mattresses and bases based off of our personal needs very well and made sure we knew what we were buying. We walked out completely satisfied with our purchase. We can’t wait until our mattress is delivered! Thank you Mrs. Yvonne! You’re THEE Best! 💕 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
View on GoogleI have had a great experience using Mattress Firm. My time in the store was not rushed and Vic was very helpful matching split mattresses. He was also super knowledgeable about the various brands and application process. I ended up using their exchange policy and switching mattresses during my trial period and the switch went very smoothly. The whole process was much easier than expected!
View on GoogleBefore coming to Mattress Firm, my son and I stopped at another furniture store down the street and they wanted $399 just for the frame and headboard. We left and my son found the perfect bed for him at Mattress Firm. The salesperson was excellent and explained everything in detail. The bed was in stock and my son is loving it tonight. I’ve already recommended them to a friend. Thank you.
View on GoogleShout out to Vic at South Loop West Mattress Firm. I came in with a sore back, big aspirations for a new mattress and about 45 different questions. The man was knowledgable, receptive, present, and helped guide me to my new mattress. I’ve always lived by the saying that you spend a 1/3rd of your life in your boots and a 1/3rd in your mattress so invest in both— if you feel the same way hit up Vic at Mattress Firm South Loop West. He will make you good.
