Mattress Firm was the perfect place to figure out what type of mattress we wanted for our new home. Thomas was excellent at guiding us toward the perfect mattress that fit both our comfort needs and our budget. He also took the time to walk us through the importance of properly maintaining a mattress, along with the various warranties that come with purchasing from Mattress Firm. At no point did the experience feel sales-driven. Instead, it felt like he genuinely wanted us to feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. I would definitely recommend this Mattress Firm location to anyone considering a new mattress. It’s a great way to ensure you find exactly what you need at the right price point.
View on GoogleSalesman was professional, not pushy at all. He explained the difference in products. Overall experience was great. Im confident i got the right mattress. Jimmy is an asset to your company!!
View on GoogleThe manager, Thomas, was fantastic. He met us when we first walked in and then, with my telling him we wanted to look around, he let us look around and try different mattresses. He checked back with us multiple times to see if we needed anything. He worked with us and got us a great deal that I am sure we could not have gotten with most managers! Thank you Thomas!
View on GoogleThomas was amazing and he helped me get exactly what I was looking for. He walked me through many different options to ensure I was getting the best mattress for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the items I ended up leaving with. The delivery process and all of the goodies they threw in made this process 100% worth it. If I could recommend anything, it would be to shop with Thomas here in Oak Lawn!!
View on GoogleWent to Mattress Firm today for regular queen mattress and boxspring and was pleasantly surprised at the selection. Sales associate was Thomas , very nice young man and took time with me and the husband. We are happy with our purchase and can’t wait for delivery. We will return soon and until then y’all go see Thomas and get some good sleep.
