I only write reviews when the customer service was amazing! Me and the wife decided to go shopping for twin mattresses for our newly purchased bunk beds. As soon as we arrived Josh greeted us with a smile and started helping us choose the mattresses right for us. Originally, we settled on mattresses that were similar to one in the store but had a discounted price online. However, they were not available for purchase in our area. So we continued to look further. Eventually after taking his time with us and exploring all of our options in-store and online we settled on two mattresses that met our specific needs. Josh was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable! He was there to make sure we left happy with our purchase and answer any questions we had. Thanks again Josh!!!

I brought my nine y.o. grandson to Mattress Firm to get a new bed. Christopher greeted us as we entered and was very helpful with helping us choose a bed and pillows. He was very patient with us trying different beds and pillows as far as firmness (lots of hopping around to find the exact one). The process was made quite easy and my grandson is very excited to get his new bed next week. Thank you again.

Nika was a fabulous salesperson. Encouraging, helpful and patient as I was picking out a mattress for my brother and needed to check in with other siblings. She was great! And I think she found exactly what my brother was looking for at a fabulous price. Thank you Nika and Mattress Firm. We are repeat customers for a good reason.

I am moving to this area and the first thing to do is finding an apartment. The second is finding a best mattress because a good sleep is the most important for my performance. This shop provided me a perfect counseling to choose the best for me, considering both of my body and my budget. I believe this is one of the best place to choose a mattress.

Needed a mattress fast for my move to Redwood City. I had such a great experience with Josh, he gave me a curated list of options and we found the perfect mattress for me in minutes at an awesome price, was and in out of the store in probably 15 minutes. Absolutely get your mattress here!
