Mattress Firm Robinson Crossing Center

I always hate to give a review that’s less than 5 stars but I’m also not going to lie. This was my experience last summer (2025) when I visited Mattress Firm in Severna Park with my husband. Also, I meant to post this right after it happened but for some reason it wouldn’t post so I saved it in my notes and forgot about it till now. We went to this store to buy an inexpensive mattress to take out to our beach house that same day. We went there bc it was close. Daronn was the employee that we interacted with. I believe he was also the one I spoke with on the phone before we left. And he was fine on the phone. When we arrived we told him what we were looking for which was not an expensive mattress. In fact I had something very specific in mind as I had a great mattress at home that I was hoping to replicate. He immediately tried to upsell us to a number of mattresses on display on the showroom floor. Literally the moment he heard that I wasn’t interested in spending that much money, his attitude completely changed and he became very unhelpful. He did point me in the right direction of the cheaper mattresses but was absolutely no help at all after that. He basically went back to his desk while we looked at them. I endured about another 3 minutes of that and then walked out the door and promptly went to Mattress Warehouse up the street where I should have gone in the first place.

Michele was wonderful to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and helped up figure out the best mattress to fit our needs, and arranged shipping / delivery almost the next day. Would definitely buy here from Michele again!

Tony was great!!! He helped us to find the perfect fit for our son! He made our shopping experience so easy! Thank you we will be back soon for our bed!

Fantastic salespeople and owner. Never pressured me to go over budget. Brian and Mike were so accommodating the 3 times I came in to try out the mattress. They didn't have a problem with me bringing a blanket and taking a 30 min nap at their store one morning 😂Found a mattress I loved but couldn't quite afford with the adjustable base. They were able to cut some corners (since Brian is the owner) and give me over $1000 in discounts (including memorial day sale). Getting my new bed delivered in a few weeks and so glad I chose mattress firm to help me get my best sleep. Thank you to Brian and Mike!

My 94 year old Dad is moving into a Senior Living Community and needed a full sized mattress. We worked with Jarrett and he is awesome! Knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. Highly recommend that you seek him out to assist you. Thank you so much, Jarrett!
