Sleep Number

We bought our Sleep Number bed about a month ago. My husband had been unhappy with our current mattress and we were looking for a new one. We didn’t like the Tempur-pedic ones And we weren’t sure about the hybrid. One day, my Bestie and I went to the mall and stopped in the Sleep Number store . Our Representative Alex was great. It’s been a great deal. What time? I’m showing the different beds and the different features available. I really like that he wasn’t pushy. He was very patient. My friend, and I decided to come back with our husbands since it was a large purchase. Alex against spent a lot of time with our husbands. So we both ended up buying one of the comfort Sleep Number beds. I am in love with this bed. We have the adjustable base and a split top king. it is great. I also use the partner snore feature when my husband starts snoring. I’m very happy with my purchase

JoAnn at Sleep Number (Annapolis Mall) provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the perfect mattress and not just making a sale. She took the time to explain all of the features, answer every question thoroughly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress free. Her attention to detail, friendly personality, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such outstanding personal service. JoAnn is an absolute asset to Sleep Number, and because of her, this was an exceptional buying experience. Highly recommend asking for JoAnn if you want top tier service!

Between Joanne and Alex their customer service was exceptional. My initial contact was with Joanne and every question I asked (which was A LOT) she was pleasant and gave very clear understanding. Alex was who helped when I finally came into the store. He was prepared with Legos to occupy our kiddies. He walked us through all of our options thoroughly, way past closing time. I never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience. I have severe lower back ailments and he very considerate of them, making sure we found what worked best both my husband and I. Thank you both for everything.

Joanne was so sweet and incredible. She made us feel so welcomed when we first stepped in the door. She guided us along the process of showing us our pain points, finding out numbers and ultimately picking out a bed and pillows. Can’t recommend her enough!

We were so impressed with the entire Sleep Number experience today at the Annapolis store. Joanne was knowledgeable, anticipated all our questions, and was fun to work with. She made the whole experience enjoyable and we are excited to start our new sleep life!
