10/10!! In the past we’ve had hit or miss experiences at this location. But yesterday they knocked it out of the ballpark. Started off kinda rocky with an inquiry to them that ended after only a few minutes. The saleswoman we spoke to, I believe she might have been the store manager, well, it was difficult understand her responses to our questions. Upon arrival, she was lounging in one of the beds, feet propped up looking at her phone. A different person, John, helped us, thankfully. We could tell John was going to be a great fit for us. John was amazing and exactly everything we needed to help us with our purchase. He happily showed us the mattresses he had within our price range, and pointed out the different levels of firmness that each one offered. He seemed very knowledgeable about the products he was selling, ultimately helping us to purchase the perfect mattress for our situation. He was kind, very friendly, funny, and super helpful, even helped us to load it onto our truck. He made sure we had everything we needed to set up our new bed. The store was clean and well cared for. They used the bed napkins to keep the mattresses clean and also had the bedMATCH set up which allows you to lay on the designated bed(s) and it, I think, looks for pressure points and determines based on which type of sleeper you are, all of the possible beds that would work best for you. It even ranks them I believe. It’s not a requirement to use this but it can be helpful. They offered a huge selection of both types of mattresses and mattress brands, including Casper, Sealy Posturepedic, Beautyrest, Tempur-pedicure, Kingstown, Spink & Co., Aurelian, Stearns & Foster, Serra, Cheswick Manor, and Molecule. They offered plush, medium and firm beds, adjustable, pillows, mattress protectors…pretty much everything beds. Most beds come with pretty lengthy warranties. It normally takes us hours to pick out and buy a mattress. Today we were able to do it in under an hour all told. John was so incredibly helpful. I highly recommend him for your mattress purchase. They even offer military discounts. There was plenty of parking outside, including handicapped parking. And because it was Labor Day weekend there were some great sales going on so folks were getting a great deal on mattresses this weekend. John, it was nice to meet you, and thank you so much for making get the process seamless. We appreciate you!!

Araceli was excellent, helped me find a mattress after not purchasing a new one for over ten years. She also got us a great deal with the free adjustable base and a bed sheet and pillow bundle.
